Level 6 — Investigation Case Lab

INVESTIGATION ASSESSMENT

This level does not repeat Classic shift-start or handover training. It assesses whether the learner can complete an end-to-end Edge investigation and deliver reproducible evidence.

Assessment Case

A client disputes an XAUUSD fill. The same account shows several short-duration, large-lot trades near an event window, and Edge shows a related Alarm. The Trainer supplies only the Account, disputed Ticket and approximate time—no reference answer.

The learner must independently select the entry point, fix the Server Time Window, query Account/Ticket/Alarm, connect Order/Decision and any necessary Execution/Ticks, build the Timeline, determine Scope, submit an Investigation Result and decide whether to escalate using Escalation and Handover.

The assessment contains no model answer. The Trainer scores the investigation process and reproducibility of the evidence.

Assessment covers:

  • Where: select the right page from Ticket, Account, Symbol or Time Window.
  • How: use filters, stable IDs and drill-down to form a continuous path.
  • Evidence: preserve fields, time, filters, sample and source.
  • Scope: do not expand without evidence.
  • Judgment: separate observation from conclusion; pattern is not violation.
  • Escalation: escalate STP/LP/counterparty, authority and evidence gaps.
  • Handover: another Dealer can reproduce the result.

Passing Level 6 grants no control authority.
