Client Stream

What is this?

A customer-facing final-quote evidence view for the relevant Symbol / Stream(s). It is not a client profile, UID scope or account-investigation page.

Where to Find the Evidence

The field guide below follows the approved TradePass Edge Client Stream reference. It is a sanitised screen map, not a live capture. It deliberately shows only the observable quote context needed for a Desk investigation.

TRADEPASS EDGE Client Stream Customer-facing quote evidence for the relevant stream.
1 Taker / Stream

Relevant customer-facing stream
Fresh
  1. Taker / Stream: identify the relevant customer-facing stream before preserving evidence. It is not a client or account identifier.
  2. Bid / Spread / Ask: preserve the visible quote context at the relevant timestamp. Do not infer an internal pricing calculation.
  3. Updated: record how current the displayed quote evidence is.
  4. Visible row-state presentation such as priced, closed or n-a is not a dedicated Status field. Record what the row shows without assigning a cause from it alone.

When do I use it?

After Clients and Account have established the client / UID and account scope, when a complaint or monitoring signal needs quote or price-stream evidence.

What should I look at?

The relevant Symbol / Stream(s), current Bid / Spread / Ask and the visible status indicators exposed by the view. Keep Client / UID and Account evidence as separate investigation records.

What is normal?

The relevant row shows current quote evidence and a fresh Updated value, and can be reconciled with the symbol-level view and evidence timestamp.

What looks wrong?

Stale or missing updates, a persistent unexplained divergence, or one or more relevant Streams for the same Symbol showing missing or inconsistent customer-facing quote evidence while Symbol Overview remains healthy.

What do I do next?

Capture the relevant Symbol / Stream(s) and timestamp. Compare Symbol Overview and the independent market context; use Decision Stream if an order is involved. Link, but do not merge, Client / UID and Account evidence with Client Stream quote evidence.

When do I escalate?

Escalate persistent divergence, confirmed customer-facing impact or an unexplained difference between client-facing and wider quote evidence. Keep Client / UID and Account scope separate from Stream evidence.

Key Reminder

One relevant Stream differs while Symbol Overview remains normal. Keep the scope limited to the confirmed Symbol / Stream evidence until further evidence expands it.
