Junior Dealer Scope in Edge

Junior training covers monitoring, investigation, evidence capture, impact scoping, escalation and handover. It grants no configuration or control authority.

Junior staff must use Dashboard, Orders, Decision, Execution, Ticks, Clients, Events, Alarm/System logs and basic Markout/Insights. They must be able to read Decision context fields such as Tier, Tags, Buckets, Rule, Route, Mode, M/C/B, Final, Cost and Status, but are not expected to configure or recalculate them.

Routing, Order rules, VMD, MCB configuration, pricing overrides, automation, simulation, users, permissions, integrations, credentials and client restrictions are outside the default Junior operating scope. These areas remain available as Senior-guided read-only reference.

Without explicit item-level authorization, Junior staff query and escalate; they do not modify.
