This is not an Edge system manual. Trading Desk investigation is the core; Edge is one investigation tool. Junior Dealers learn to connect Edge, MT4/MT5, client behavior and market context into an evidence-based escalation and handover.

Use these references when a Level asks for more detail. They are not a second training route.

Levels = required learning path; Guides = detailed reference during investigation.

The core flow is: detect → choose entry point → locate Ticket/Account/Order → build timeline → collect evidence → determine scope → stop guessing → escalate → hand over.

Edge does not replace MT4/MT5 confirmation of final account status, order history and open/close prices. STP/LP, counterparty, routing and failover analysis belongs to advanced routing and execution investigation.
