Level 5 - Order Execution Awareness¶
This level answers one question: what happened to this order? It teaches visible operational evidence, not pricing or internal calculation logic.
Read the Order¶
Result ≠ root cause. Confirm the Decision Stream view before reading an order: All orders, Rejected only, symbol-specific and anomaly-specific views represent different monitoring scopes.
Read: Server Time → Order ID → Account / UID → Symbol / Side / Lots → request shown → final result → visible execution mode or result field. Record the exact execution mode when displayed; do not infer internal processing from it.
When a Result Needs Review¶
Check Connection Status and Symbol Overview in the same time window. Use Client Stream only when customer-facing quote evidence is relevant. A current healthy snapshot does not explain earlier order records; Server Time is evidence.
Order Scenarios¶
Normal result
Record the request, final result, Server Time and visible execution mode. No further investigation is needed unless another signal, complaint or inconsistent evidence exists.One rejected XAUUSD order
The reject result, Order ID, Server Time, Account / UID and symbol are confirmed. The cause is not. Confirm stream scope, then check relevant Connection Status and Symbol Overview evidence; use Client Stream only for a quote question.Several rejects while Symbol Overview is normal
Do not call it a quote Incident. Confirm the stream scope, time sequence, relevant connection path and account/client scope. Fresh quote evidence does not prove every order path is healthy.Authority Boundary¶
Dealers observe, verify, preserve evidence, establish scope, escalate, follow up, validate visible approved results and hand over. This level does not grant permission to modify orders, settings, balances, credit or any controlled system action.
Completion Standard¶
- I can distinguish a request from its final displayed result.
- I can preserve Server Time, order identifiers and the selected stream scope.
- I can connect an abnormal result to relevant quote, connection and account evidence without assigning a cause.
